Never received

Macy's has disappointed me by giving me a Wednesday delivery date then turned around and delivered another day and the package was lost or stolen. Then refuse to give me a replacement or refund. I had to speak to a manager to resolve this matter. I was shocked from the 1st decision to not refund me after being a Macy's credit card holder and customer for over 30 years.

Looks good, but doesn’t feel good

It looks nice. But the fabric is odd, not soft or comfortable. Pretty heavy.Feels like plastic. My husband didn’t even want to put it on unfortunately.
