I have purchased similar items from Radley before and they are usually packaged beautifully to prevent damage. This item arrived in a very flimsy box that had been opened and squashed during shipping and the bag was not sufficiently protected.
I was also disappointed by the fact that the bag does not have a Scottie dog bag charm or dust bag for storage as all my other Radley bags have.
All in all this was not my best shopping experience.
