Not able to use slicer/shredder

I was happy with this until I tried using the slicer/shredder. The work bowl would lock into place just fine but the screen displayed blank with the dotted lines across as if it weren’t locked in and I am still unable to use it.

Hard to clean

This product worked great, however I had to return because the way it’s designed it is very hard to clean. The blender bottom does not come off therefore no matter how long you soak or clean there is still food residue that remains in it. Same with the processor, tried to scrape the blades crevices and food residue remains and it started to smell. Terrible manufacturing. That is probably why it is on sale. The product works well itself, but there’s no point of residue remains no matter how much you clean. It can become a health hazard. Do not recommend

Not receiving my refund

I have returned whatever I bought there and received email they received it but they never give me my money back. It’s been more than 2 weeks still waiting for my refund.
