Skeptic turned Fan

I find this pan even better than traditional nonstick Heats nice and even ( and I’m using an ancient electric stove ) I find controlling the temp has increased nothing burnt, and nothing takes a long time on lower settings Clean up is beyond a breeze - as I’ve said nothing burns so an easy wash Great weight Only gripe should have come with a cover / lid I have one from another Cuisinart item that fits so all good in the long run

My favorite pan

Since receiving this pan, it has been my go-to for frying and sautéing. I cook for my family every day, and really enjoy having a good pan to make the task more fun. The Cuisinart FusionElite+ pan has a great non-stick finish. I love that I can make eggs without having to worry about them sticking to the pan. The feel of the pan is nice and sturdy. I am considering purchasing more products from this line to upgrade my current skillets!

Cuisinart FusionElite Skillet

I was so excited to try this skillet and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. This skillet heated up so evenly and FAST, compared to others I’ve used. The nonstick coating works well and is a quality product that didn’t scratch or flake away when cooking. I cooked several foods in this skillet including eggs, quesadillas, ground beef, pancakes, etc. All of these foods cooked well and quicker than in my old skillet. The skillet washed easily by hand. My only complaint is that I don’t have a lid for this pan and that I don’t have the other skillets to complete the set (haha). Overall, this is a good quality skillet that I’ll continue using and will also recommend to others.

Not the greatest quality

I was really hoping for the product to be non stick since I needed the exact size pan. Unfortunately it was a good size, great look but not fully non stick. Not the greatest place to make sausages or sticky things. Other than that it does get the job done but not as advertised.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the FusionElite+™ 10" Skillet, and we’re glad to hear you found the size and design appealing. For optimal nonstick performance, we recommend preheating the pan on medium heat and using a small amount of oil or butter, as tri‑ply stainless steel cookware relies on proper heat control and fat for best results—especially with sticky foods like sausages. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving future models.

Beautiful pan, not completely non-stick

This Fusion Elite+ Nonstick pan has been a great addition to my kitchen. It's not only beautiful but heats up quickly, cooks food evenly and provides a great, mostly nonstick surface. You still need to use an oil with this pan but, I personally have had no issues with sticking, unless I failed to add fat. I love using it for sauteing vegetables, cooking eggs, and searing meat, they always come out delicious and cooked evenly. It's been easy to clean and I love that it's even dishwasher safe! I am giving this 4 stars because it's not truly "non-stick", you definitely need fat in this pan before adding the food you wish to cook, unless it already has a high fat content.

Cuisinart Fusion Elite nonstick skillet

I do not recommend, it’s definitely not non stick. Every time I cook with this skillet my food sticks. It’s definitely not worth the money or time

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the FusionElite+™ Nonstick Tri‑Ply Stainless Steel 10" Skillet and appreciate you sharing your concerns. For best nonstick results, we recommend preheating the skillet over medium heat, adding a small amount of oil before food, and allowing foods to naturally release before turning, as stainless steel cookware performs differently than traditional coatings. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps guide improvements on future models.

Decent pan

I had high hopes for this pan, but sadly it is not a do-it-all as I was expecting. The texture of the non-stick pan made it excellent for some food items but terrible for others. The first thing I tested was cooking eggs. I added a generous amount of oil but the textured surface still caused eggs to stick to the pan. Next I tried pancakes. Same results as the eggs. The texture is not a great combo with any food that starts out liquidy and then sets because it will cling to the textures. Cooking spinach was better than expected. I usually get some sticking with my tri-ply, but nothing stuck to this pan. I don't really think this pan is worth the price point. for me, if a non-stick pan fails my egg test, then it's not really worth it.

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience, and we’re sorry the pan did not meet your expectations for items like eggs and pancakes. For textured nonstick surfaces, we recommend preheating on low to medium heat, using butter or oil (avoiding cooking sprays), and allowing foods with a liquid base to set naturally before turning, which can help reduce sticking. Thank you for your honest feedback, as it helps us make meaningful improvements in future models.

Better revised version!!

The first thing I decided to cook in my Cuisinart FusionElite+ Nonstick Tri-Ply Stainless Steel skillet was ground meat for tacos!! The pan was a little too small for what I was attempting to cook, so I’d say that this 10” size would be better for sautéing/searing/light frying. But when I tell you it DIDNT STICK?!?!!? Absolutely none of the meat stuck to the pan. The meat was literally sliding around the pan as I flipped it, effortlessly!! I was so pleasantly surprised and a little shocked, as I know that similar pans have received negative feedback regarding false non-stick claims but this tri-ply stainless steel was truthful in its claims! Cuisinart is absolutely killing it with their newer products lately!! They’ve always been an older brand that’s reliable but I feel like their products have really modernized and improved over the years, this pan being an example! I not only recommend, I now need the two sizes above and below this 10” skillet!!
