Immediately out of the box, I was impressed with the pan. It’s a lot heavier and higher quality than the majority of the skillets in my kitchen. Other reviews mention having a hard time with non-stick but, with proper amounts of oil/fat, I didn’t have those issues. Tofu can be notoriously difficult to pan fry and this is honestly the first pan I didn’t have bits and pieces stuck to the skillet. I love that it is induction-friendly as I plan on picking up a portable cooktop at some point. It did great with everything I’ve made so far. Had a bit of stick with my vegetable stir fry and veggie burgers but came clean with little effort. The 12” is an excellent size when cooking for 3+. This will continue to be my go-to and I’m considering replacing my 8 and 10” skillets with this version. Have always loved Cuisinart and this is just another example of why.

Super impressed with this pan
This pan is serious so well made and works amazingly. It felt heavy duty and high quality right away and the non stick feature is actually really good. I used it to make tikka masala and nothing stuck at the bottom which made cooking and cleanup so much easier. It heats evenly and just feels like one of those pans that will last me forever. This is definitely a great pan to have in the kitchen and worth the investment.

Steadfast skillet
We have really enjoyed using this skillet. Works best when heated up first and we like to use butter when cooking in it. The eggs do stick a little but that may have been due to a learning curve. Sturdy and well built. Love the helper handle!

This skillet was made for searing
This skillet is absolutely amazing! Steak cooks perfectly, it is truly nonstick and soap and water cleans it easily, no excessive scrubbing. I really like the look of this skillet and that it is dishwasher safe. I made steak and it came out great. I recommend this pot, especially if you like to sear a good steak!

My new favorite cookware
I LOVE this pan! I am using it multiple times a day. I have never had a pan make pancakes so perfectly without any sticking. It’s weighted beautifully, and the helper handle is a big help. I do hand wash it to be extra careful. But it’s worth it because using the pan is a delight. I plan to buy more pieces to complete my set.

Big fan of Cuisinart
I was reading some other reviews and had some concerns over quality and how non sticky it was. I am pleasantly surprised those reviews were wrong. I found it to very a very good non stick pan that even eggs didnt stick. It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe, so that is always a plus. The only downsize is its weight. It is a hefty boy. If you need a weapon in a kitchen emergency this is your go to. Would recommend.

My wife loves this pan
Full disclosure, im not a great cook. My wife, however, is. She loves this pan. Says food doesnt stick to it that much, even cheese, cooks evenly, and is very easy to clean. We have only ever hand washed it, but it says dishwasher safe, I just dont want to mess up it's non stick coating even though it feels solid enough to not get easily messed up. We have literally used it 4 times this week to make a plethora of items and no complaints whatsoever.

Nice pattern!
This is beautiful and the pattern on the bottom is stunning! I love the black and it’s very sturdy and has a nice weight to it! It says the handle doesn’t get hot but when I picked it up towards the pan it was a bit hot so be careful! It was super easy to clean! I would recommend this to my friends and family !
