Beautiful blue top but sleeves too puffy

The fabric is a slightly crinkled fabric and is intentional, and the sleeves are very puffy. It’s a beautiful blue top, but I don’t like the big puffy sleeves. The fabric does not stretch.. I am 110 pounds, 34C and a size small fits.

Not a good fit

Fit. Top is cute, but it was to big on the sleeves, but the waist was small. The front was not a nuce fit, it would close.
