Nice ornament but…

It took about 4 weeks to get this ornament and when it arrived I only received one of the two that I ordered. The inside ticket said two ordered,two shipped. I have called customer service three times and it has not been corrected. It’s been almost one month since I received the one ornament. So we are now talking 8 weeks total. It was to be a gift. I’am hoping to see a refund on my next bill. I did buy it during a sale. The ornament is pricey otherwise. Two stars because of the hassle and potential expense!

I receive this ornament quickly and am very pleased with it! Unfortunately, I didn't receive the other ornament in this order.

A Great Addition To Your Christmas Tree

this is a very lovely ornament and will look great! It will also make a great gift for family and friends. The only thing that I thought could be have been better was the way it was shipped! Although it is wooden, a nice gift box is needed so it could be given as a gift and stored away after the Holiday.
