Sent me different bag

So I place an order online for coach bag was tabby mini 19 in honey brown color and the. I received was completely different bag and it’s not even coach bag . I called the customer services and they were so bad for handling the situation and he refused to place an order with different color.

Delivery Delay – Customer Complaint

I am very dissatisfied with the delay in the delivery. I purchased the handbag days before my sister-in-law arrived at my house in Orlando because it was meant to be a gift for her. When the delivery was delayed, I even had to call to complain about the situation. Unfortunately, several days passed and my sister-in-law had to return to Brazil without the handbag. This situation caused a real inconvenience for us, including a financial loss. Because of this experience, I will have to reconsider whether I will continue shopping at Macy’s in the future.

Terrible delivery service

Package was just left outside my building and stolen. Macy’s are dragging there heels and still haven’t issued a refund, continually extending reasoning for delay.

Prefect for fall

I have been in love with my Tabby Chain Crossbody 19! It’s has been the perfect staple bag for the fall / winter season. It is extremely light and has enough room to hold all of my things as a busy mom. I also love how the brass hardware pops against the chocolate color bag!

No packaging

Bought it for my wife and it just came in a cardboard box with no packaging no protective covering just a purse in a cardboard box, makes you wonder if it’s even real.
