Tangled mess

I bought this necklace to wear on vacation and put it on right before leaving for the airport. Throughout the day, I had to repeatedly untangle it. Simply walking to the gate and sitting on a plane tangled it. I am so disappointed in the value and design. I am going to attempt to return it.
