Wouldn't repurchase

When I purchased the heels I didn't see anywhere where it said final purchase and apparently it was. But when I inspected them it seemed like the rhinestones weren't on properly. It was a strip amd at the end was folded like they didn't place it correctly. Then it was tight on my toes, my pinky didn't make it through and the way the heel is makes it a bit uncomfortable to walk in also. I was afraid it would break but we'll see if they last at the event I'm going to
