A Game Changer

I started using Now Creatine almost 2 months ago, and it is a total game changer. I do strength training with NML workouts 3-5 times a week. The first thing I notice was that I recovered faster and with less soreness. I am now seeing a bit more tone and more stamina during my workouts. It dissolves easily into water or a smoothie. I usually start my day with creatine and my greens powder. I can not wait see my results in 6 months, a year

NOW Micronized Creatine Powder is excellent

I’ve been a collegiate strength & conditioning coach for 35 years, so I remember when creatine monohydrate powder was first introduced to the performance supplement industry. The original powders were heavy and granular and felt like consuming sand. Nothing has stood the test of research and time like creatine monohydrate for effectiveness and safety. So, when I was searching for a creatine powder I wanted a trusted brand and a powder that was less heavy and one easy to consume. Well, NOW is a high quality company, I’ve used many of their products with great satisfaction, and their micronized creatine is a light textured powder which makes it very easy to consume. I have been using the NOW micronized creatine monohydrate powder for a few years now with great satisfaction and wonderful results.
