Looks excellent on the website

Macy’s has turned this into a ridiculous mess. My store pickup order was never shipped, never picked up, and still sits in processing, yet I’m being denied a refund because of Macy’s own internal investigation. Holding my money while giving me excuses instead of a refund is unacceptable.
