Disappointed

Macy's claimed the bag was damaged in shipping. I went to the store and the bag was placed on the floor to be resold. Very disappointed as this is the second Coach bag that Macy's claimed was damaged or not picked up from customer. They are taking the bags and selling them on the floor.
