Not the best experience

If you all purchase from this seller, you will have to wait a lengthy time for any refund. Even if you return it to Macy’s in a timely manner. The quality of the item was ok. The customer service, I have experienced more considerations.

Good quality and versatile

I got this in the pink, and I'm happy to see that it's a more muted pink than I expected. A nice blush color. Love the flattering collar, and the quality is good. The fabric is lightly waterproof. Will be put to heavy use for both casual and dressier situations. Versatility includes zip-off hood. Runs a bit large but cinching the waist helps give shape, and the roominess allows for sweaters. Also, I'm 5'9" and the length of the medium is a bit longer than it appears in the photo, falling 1-2 inches above my knee. I like the slightly longer look and function.

Runs large

Quality is very nice but runs very large. Not a fan of the collar - didn’t lay like it did in the photo. Would purchase this brand again but be advised that refunds for returns take quite some time. I returned two weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. Not a fan of the third party vendors macys is using.

LOVE THIS TRENCH!

So classy and chic! I bought the khaki one first and loved it so much I bought the black one too! Great quality, easy to wear and elevates an outfit instantly! And it's rainproof! Yesss!
