Most uncomfortable shoes I own

Super cute shoes but not comfortable at all! The strap around my ankle digs into my skin. I have plenty of other shoes in a similar style with no issues. I can’t wear these for long at all - they aren’t even comfortable when sitting.

the heel strap is awful

I really wanted to like this shoe, has a great fit in the front and good balance on the wedge. But the heel material is loose fitting and slips. Can't wear these more than 15 steps before realizing you're gonna get bad blisters. Wish I would have returned them when I could. Washed my money

Poorly made

Purchased them in black. The strap felt like worn cardboard with no real support, the shoe fit like a wide although I purchased a medium width. It seems like the brand is becoming less and less of value.
