This is the worst pillow i have bought in my life. Feels hard like a rock. Zero support and poor quality. Don’t expect this kind of product from Macy’s. Please don’t waste your money on this.

My son usually has a difficult time falling asleep so we decided to change pillows and mattress. He love this pillow so much I bought 3 more.

Horrible!! don’t buy.first they come tightly air packed, I was sick and could barely take it out package. Nothing support,about this pillow. Flat and has a horrible plastic chemical smell. Don’t waist your money, your better off feeling and buying pillows in person.

I purchased this pillow and got sent a Clara Clark pillow not a nestl. Upon reaching out I was sent the same incorrect pillow 2 more times. False advertisement or the wrong pillow is being shipped out.

The cooling and support of the pillow are on point. However, after months of use the smell of bamboo or whatever else is in there smells and lingers on my bed and our heads. I thought it would go away, but no thanks, I will be looking for new pillows!

very disappointed
had high hopes for these pillows have bought many trying to find a perfect bed pillow, these are not it just big heavy mud sacks i have taken alot of the stuffing out of each one better, but not comfortable ok for sitting up in bed watching tv or reading but not for sleeping.. the search goes on for a good pillow .
