Beautiful but deadly

This dress was so beautiful but learned that it scratches the heck out of the person wearing it. The body is lined but it tore my granddaughter’s arms up. It was so bad thank goodness she had spare clothes at daycare to change into. Now I know why it was a final sale. I would give a zero if I could.
