Once again no steamer

This is the second time I've ordered a garment steamer from Macy's, and the second time my order hasn't been fulfilled. What irritates me the most is that the first time I had to contact Macy's for my refund and now here we are again, even though it is clear that UPS has not received the package I have to wait for a refund! Terrible customer service and I would think twice about shopping here again. How about not charging accounts until you really ship the item so customers don't have to be contacting you for the refund often?

Excellent steamer

I've been happy with this steamer so far! It was easy to put together, and I had it up and running in just a few minutes. Works Well

I have used this product a couple of times now and it works great for getting out light wrinkles. It heats up fast and itā€™s nice to have a water tank that is big enough to allow me to do more than just a couple of garments at a time without refilling. I would suggest making sure the water tank is empty when moving it as water may spill out. I also wish the hanger extended more to the side to help hold garments out.
