Bad sizing

Fits like shrink wrap. Too small — I ordered both small and medium, which I wear in other Macy’s tops, but both will be going back to the store.

I’m a size 4 and a small was running very tight. I returned it, but maybe you should size up if you wanna buy it

sizing is way off

Ordering up one size is not enough and it is not hip length but barely waist. I laughed when I opened the package. It thought is was a child's top. Now I have to return all 3 items.
