Cute but uncomfortable

The boot is cute, but very uncomfortable. It pinches behind the knee when you sit, the zippers on the inside hit each other as you walk, and even though it was purchased as a wide calf, the foot is still too thin

Misleading Size Guide and No Resolution Offered

I ordered the item based on the size guide provided, but unfortunately it was not accurate. I contacted customer service regarding a return; however, since I am located outside the United States, I was unable to return the item. No alternative solution or compensation was offered, which was disappointing given that the sizing issue was not due to my own error.
