Black Tiered Gown

I was disappointed when this arrived. The price sure was right but the quality matched the price. The fabric is cheap. There are three TINY buttons at the back of the neck after your cross over the fabric. They are extremely difficult to work with. The top portion I found oversized and loose. It just wasn't for me, but worst of all, I had no idea it was a final sale. I didn't know Macy's did final sales and when I looked back it was not very noticeable. I purchased two dresses for an event and am keeping the other one. Now I'm stuck with this one. Would not recommend.
