Cute dress but runs large thru hips

Really liked the wright of fabric and print, but sizing is off. I’m usually a small and this dress runs very large , especially below the waist.

i LIKED THE DRESS BUT IT WAS TOO BAGGY AND AND TOO LONG. THE MODEL IS MY HEIGHT BUT IT CAME DOWN WAY BELOW MY KNEE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I AM RETURNING IT.
