Great waterproof liner!

The Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Stick Retractable Liner is one of the better waterproof liners I have used. The black color goes on smoothly and dark, making any eyes pop. The pencil liner itself is easy to use and applies on well with just one swipe. The slanted angle tip took me some getting used to, but the blending brush on the other end made it easy to hide any imperfections as I was able to blend them. I used an oil based makeup remover at the end of the day and the eyeliner washed on well.
