Didn’t arrive!!!

I ordered and paid for 4 towels, and only 1 arrived. The other 3 were sent via UPS to a town 40 minutes away, but for reason Macy’s considers them “delivered”! I’ve called and emailed and still no resolution. Extremely disappointed in Macy’s lousy delivery and customer service. I have been a long-time Macy’s customer, but it will be a long time before I shop Macy’s online again!
