Wrong color and design

It’s not the same shirt as shown in the photo. They sent me a green one with a completely different design. Although I liked the shirt, I believe Macy’s should have communicated better—either by informing me that the original item was unavailable and offering alternatives, or by issuing a refund. Overall, I love Scotch & Soda, but Macy’s professionalism in this case was not the best.
