Not what I ordered

I placed an order for the Voyage Mini Top Zip Tote Bag with Choupette the cat design, but instead I received the Karl design.

I ordered choupette and received the Karl tote. Now it’s sold out. Thanks Macys for messing up my Christmas gift. Very disappointed

Design and Image does not match the product

The product picture featuring a "Cool cat with Sunglasses" was not the image on the product I received. Disappointed... my daughter has a CAT and this would have been a cool gift. In fact, you continue to advertise a product image that does not exist.

Not the one I ordered

I wanted the voyage and I got a different one. This really makes me mad because I trusted that I would receive the one I liked the one with the cat, but instead I got a different one. I am not returning this bag because I have not time to go and return this, and because I know I am not going to get the one I ordered in the same price. Sure I am not buying this brand here anymore.
