Poor Quality Control

Lovely dishes but production is lacking quality control. Had to return one set due to flaws. Now I will have to return replacement set for same reason. These flaws are not just superficial but will effect the durability/lifetime.

Arrived broken

Return them..Unfortunately they arrived broken, due to wrong packing , those plates should be wrapped with bubble foam wrap to prevent them from breaking, l over them and I would buy them again if the vender grantee they arrived not broken
