Only one bracelet in box

Although these were advertised as a set, I received only one bracelet. I re-ordered, thinking there had been a glitch, but the second order also contained just one bracelet. I phoned Customer Service who said there was only meant to be one bangle, despite the wording. They did not offer to send me a second bracelet. 5 stars for the bracelet; 1 for CS. I like the bracelets so am keeping both--also they are Last Act so returning isn't an option. Macy's, I have been shopping with you for over 25 years and I am very disappointed.

Packaging

Want to add on to previous review! I ordered this item, and my package only contained (1) pc when it clearly states 2 pc. I called the customer service, they sent out a replacement and that package ONLY contained 1 pc as well. They're beautiful bracelets. Not sure if the issue is on the website description or the warehouse shipping process. Macy's made the issue right, but just be aware, if you get the right items-you will be very happy with your purchase!!
