Not what expected

I ordered this last week. Not what I expected..the handle was so short it would be very hard to wear with a co as t, especially in winter. Plus no inside pockets ..had to return.

Ugh— Misrepresented and Returned!

This was deceptively misrepresented as leather! It is NOT leather and it had a horrible smell. Very disappointing: I drove 25 minutes to return it to Macys the same day it arrived. So disappointed to see Macy’s carry misrepresented merchandise. I’m a Macys shopper since working near 34th street many years ago because I count on their quality and standing behind their sales with a solid return policy. Very thankful Macys stood by their return policy, respected me as a Macys Customer, and didn't put me in the middle to get stuck in a loop a third-party seller.

Just wasn’t as expected.

I didn’t think the purse looked the one pictured on line. The texture also didn’t like, I’d like a refund if I could.

Beautiful bag, fast shipping!

Beautiful, well-made bag. The suede is rich and soft, and the woven design gives it a timeless, elevated look. It’s lightweight and roomy, and has a convenient magnetic closure.
