Dress Shoe for a Wedding

Great shoes & great price!

I’M SO GLAD THAT MACYS HAS MADE THIS AVAILABLE. The return on investment is massive. Due to my work load, I run through formal dress shoes rather rapidly and it is good to replenish my foot gear through the Macys experience. Thank you for this.

Horrible Customer Service

Order was supposed to arrive 7/11….after checking I now see they are scheduled to arrive 7/16 order is still in processing state as of this review. No updated delivery date sent via email no communication at all not to mention that the store had the shoe at regular price! THIS is why I don’t shop at Macy’s it is a far cry from the top tier retailer it was in the past. I had to pick a rating otherwise it would have been NO STARS

New Shoes

Overall great experience. The shoes did drop in price right after I ordered them, so I ordered a second pair and returned the first pair. Overall good shoe, a little tight at first but better now.
