Textured skirt

The skirt is all cotton has a texture, and is not a flat weave. It looks good on, goes with any color that navy looks good with. Bought when it went on good sale, not at all disappointed. The only change I would make is to have a closing at the top of the zipper, either a button or snap of some sort to allow the zipper to close easily.
