Mascara is great. The eyeliner is dry.

The mascara is fantastic and worked without smudges. The price with the eyeliner was great. However the gel eyeliner was so dry I could not write on a piece of paper with it. When I was trying to break off the top to get to a less dry area, it just broke off and is hard as a rock.
