Poorly made dress

The dress is poorly made. It drapes over me like a bag. Provides no shape. Materials is kind of tough, not soft nor smooth.

Pretty Styling but…

I thought I’d love this dress with the fun, flattering collar design across the shoulders, pretty color, and 3/4 sleeves but it drapes on me like a sack. Very loose-fitting. And the material isn’t great. I worry it won’t stand up even after gentle laundering.
