Probably would like it if I had received it

I can’t actually rate this necklace since I never received it. The first delivery contained a pair of earrings not the necklace. And not something else I had ordered. I contacted Macy’s who apologized and said they would send the correct item. I received another pair of the same incorrect earrings. Again, Macy’s said they would send the right item. I asked if there was a mix-up with the item numbers or SKU that could have caused this issue. The rep didn’t have a very good answer. Needless to say I received a third set of the earrings I didn’t order. I would love to have gotten this necklace, but powers that be decided I didn’t need it. 🤪
