cheap quality

I wore this garment for the first time this past week to attend a church service. Despite only wearing the coat for approximately one hour in a low-activity environment, the fabric showed immediate and severe signs of deterioration. Specifically, significant pilling and "linting" developed on the sleeves and the hip area due to minimal friction. It is unacceptable for a new garment to lose its structural integrity and aesthetic appeal after a single, brief usage. Furthermore, the pockets remained factory-sealed (unopened), confirming the item was in brand-new condition. I have already returned the item to the store, but I am filing this formal complaint to bring this quality defect to your attention.

Beautiful coat!

Beautiful coat, but warm also. I was surprised at how warm the coat is. It is not a heavy feeling coat, but it keeps me warm in the cold Nebraska winter.

lightweight coat

I wasn't totally thrilled with this purchase. I loved the color, but it was a tad large. After debating returning it, I kept it because at least I could wear it easily over a bulky sweater, and it was inexpensive.

Love the coat but already showing nobbles

Absolutely love this coat, the color, the fit, the look and style. I've been wearing it about a month and already notice it has nobbles on the inside of the arm that rubs on the coat. I hope this does not contiue as I do not expect that quality from DKNY
