Might be helpful.

My heals fit too big so I purchased these in hope of my heals fitting better. They did not help, perhaps these might help to prevent blisters. Perhaps my heal was just too big. The adhesion is alright, not the best.

These cushions went in well, but became unstuck with 3 minutes of wearing them in a shoe. Terrible
