Coach shoes

Was sent an email stating I could keep damaged item that I NEVER received order. Shipped from Fl, nj, then ny to postal facility and Macy’s couldn’t explain where it was. Waiting 14 days before they can reship. Still waiting. Don’t say I can keep damaged item that I never received order!!!!

Very cute

I agree with some of the other reviews, stating that these loafers are a little uncomfortable. However they are the cutest pair of loafers I have ever owned. I’ve worn uglier more painful shows so I’d definitely buy again.

Low quality

Coach used to be better. Quality of their products has significantly decreased. Bought these loafers and the paint is already coming off just from being inside the box/contact with wrapping. Never worn, will be returning.

Not comfortable

I find these shoes, though attractive, are not comfortable for me. They tend to be very narrow. I'll have to return them.
