Only Received the Right Shoe in Silver Option :(

Very disappointed that I only received one single shoe in the silver option(right one). Hoping this is returnable for my full refund amount. :( I did receive the complete pair in the gold option , same style and they are beautiful. :)

A shiny worn shoe

I so wanted to keep them, the pair I received had been previously worn. It was hair and dirt on the bottom of the sole and in the box. A scratch on the shoes. They were not new. I will order again.

Shoes were obviously used! The soles were dirty and scuffed, not from trying on in store these were worn! Will return!

CUTE!!

These are more comfortable than another pair of Tretorn I own, but I wouldn’t say they are super comfortable. In my humble opinion, they are purely a fashion shoe. They run true to size. In most athletic shoes I wear an 8.5 and they fit great. The shoe is exactly what I wanted in terms of style.
