horrible fit

I expected better fit from Kasper brand. Stitching was a mess. The colors were dull as well. On top of this, after I bought and received, Macy’s decides that I should not receive full refund, because after I received the item, I might have gotten the last skirt. Had a hard time getting my money back of what I paid. I insisted that they refund my Macy’s card and not give me a certificate to shop in store. I refused that, since I am disabled and only shop online. Disappointed to say the least.
