The product itself was amazing. My disappointment is not with the products, but with the service. I was promised free samples and specifically selected them because I wanted to try those items before purchasing them in the future. I have been using these products for years and have always been happy with them, which is why this experience was disappointing. I purchased my order online through Macy’s, and none of the samples that were offered were included with my shipment.
