Used/Expired Gift Set

I purchased this item as a gift set for my mother, but it seems to have a defect, as it caused her to develop a burning rash on her skin. This is how the cream looks, it looks unsafe to me. The gift set was useless since Macy's does not accept returns on cosmetics.

ITEM MISSING

For some miraculous reason, the package arrived without this product. The package was opened and I am missing this item. I have not received the item! I have sent multiple emails to Macys and they have refused to reply to my email. They have charged my credit card but this item was never received. I am being bullied and being forced to pay for items you have refused to deliver and you have intentionally refused to provide any details or respond to any of my emails with proof of delivery. Macys is turning into a scam and have no regard for customer service and relations.

Great set

This Unfiltered Morning Radiance gift set is a great introduction to why Estee Lauder is such a trusted brand. The products work gently and effectively. The Advanced Night Cleansing Gelée removes makeup without triggering my rosacea (huge win). The Advanced Night Repair Eye Gel is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and works well under makeup. The Advanced Night Repair Multi-Recovery Complex is the star of the show. I love a serum, and this one is packed with peptides and hyaluronic acid that support the skin barrier. The Revitalizing Supreme+ Youth Power Creme is rich but non-irritating and perfect for my very dry skin. Overall, this set is a great way to test the products and also a complete set if you're looking to start a skincare routine. I received this product for free from Estee Lauder for testing and review purposes.
