I've eyeing this vertical roaster for awhile and decided to push the purchase button because it was on sale. I will never roast my chicken in a pan again. I liked being able to veggies and herbs to the roaster during the cooking process. The chicken cooks on the inside which ensures that it's cooked throughout. I loved having the entire chicken with crispy skin as opposed to only the top and sides. Also, cleanup was a breeze.

SIZE IS MATTER

Like to see in bigger size-diameter This size Not big enough for vegetables put with chicken. Only Chicken medium size. I hope it show up in bigger size and not only black color . Other than that it is ok. .Maybe color not very good.

My family loves a well roasted chicken, and this vertical roaster cooks to perfection. When you stand the chicken up, instead of laying it flat, the resulting bird is moist and juicy with no basting, and with a delightfully crispy skin. The skin remains intact and does not stick to the roasting pan because it is upright. Perfect in regular and convection ovens, as well as outdoor barbeques. Can't wait use when roasting a nice fatty duck!
