Dual zone Pan

works perfectly! I can now easily separate and simultaneously cook 2 different foods in the same pan without worrying about cross contamination of the flavors. The pan is quite sturdy and has held up well going from stovetop to oven. My food is consistently cooked to perfection! The handle is easy to grab and hold. The pan is alsio lighter than you would expect but solid and built well.

It never arrived

Although I was told that this pan arrived, it didn’t. I never received it and it’s impossible to track. I have lost my money and I am very disappointed. Do not order this pan. Do not buy this product.

Great pan but....

I really like the fact that I can use one pan for two different items I am cooking and I only have to wash one pan instead of two! That is the main reason I bought it! That was a brilliant idea of Anolon. It has good weight, doesn't stick, super easy to clean! Down side is that according to the instructions that comes with it (but no one bothers to read), you are not supposed to put this pan in the dishwasher so that is a bummer for me because I don't like washing any dish or pan even if it's super to easy to wash like this pan, but I do intend to follow the company's instructions and I just wanted to put you on notice about this if you buy this cookware brand. In fact, the instruction also say this on my AllClad, Heckler and Viking anodized cookware so please be aware of this if you want your cookware to last a long time.

Love it !

Very efficient pan. Definitely non stick. Durable in the dishwasher. It’s very convenient and time saving when making eggs on one side and meat on the other. I love it !!!
