Sent wrong item TWICE!!

Like other reviews, I ordered the purple jade heart and received the see through glass heart and returned it. When the purple jade one was for sale again, I purchased it again thinking the first one that was sent wrong was a fluke. NOPE, the wrong item was sent again!! I won't reorder a third time.

Not what I ordered

I did not receive a lavender jade marcasite necklace. I received instead red glass marcasite necklace. I looked online to see if the lavender jade necklace was in stock and it's no longer available. This is unacceptable!!

Wrong item?

The pendant heart is red and no way is jade . false advertisement. Wasting our time in going to store to return it . ( online order)

Imposter

I ordered the lavender jade heart. I received a red heart that is see through and looks like glass. I’m not happy. I will take to a gemologist for verification. Follow up later
