soft fabric. nice color. runs small and tight on hips but wider on waist and very long. the fabric does not allowed alteration.

The color and fabric are very nice; however the sizing is way off (used measuring tape too). I purchased this in 2 sizes and still needed to return the items. Very disappointed.
