Pretty but not practical

Dress is pretty and stylish but the waist line and upper torso run a lot smaller than the overall dress. The back section is stiffed and sticking up, doesn’t wrap around back nicely.

I got the wrong size

This is definitely my own fault. I didn’t realize the dress was a size ten. I am a size 2. The quality of the dress is amazing. It is not itchy as it is double lined. The stitching is impeccable and the fabric is lightweight and great for the summer. This dress is made to last. I wish I had the right size.

Not made for big hips

To start off, this was definitely not my correct size. I usually float between 10-14 in dresses, and this one did not fit over my hips. The fabric felt nice and it had a slip layer inside which eliminates any scratching that may happen with the external fabric. The stop portion of the dress fit fine, but since I couldn’t get it over my hip area, I can’t rate it truthfully. There is no stretch in the fabric, which makes it more difficult to maneuver over your body. The dress is very high quality, which you can tell by the stitching, so I have no doubt that it would work perfectly on someone with a different body type than myself. It’s for that reason alone that I gave it 3/5 stars. I truthfully think this dress would have been perfect for Easter Sunday (I celebrate it) or any other formal-ish event.
