Disappointed Customer

Macys please handle your own jewelry...I've been waiting for delivery with no luck. Can't get any information. Tomorrow is Saturday and all sorts of people come to your front door. I will be gone I have been in 3 days waiting. There is theft in Stockton. Have the item already been stolen? Haven't seen the item.

I have not received necklace yet. Delays? Couldn't pick up at store had to delivered to my home and this waiting is bull. I won't be ordering jewelry again. Navy needs to drop this company I can't rate the necklace
