Beautiful bag but..

The bag is beautiful but it came squished in a small box causing permanent wrinkles in the leather. I’m disappointed that they didn’t put the purse in an appropriate box. I’m debating whether to return it or not because I tired to take the wrinkles out with a steamer but some are just permanent.
