No snaps or flaps at neckline

Could not even fit this on my 7lb preemie newborn because the opening for the head is TINY (approx 4 inch diameter). All other Carter’s newborn sized outfits currently fit my baby fine. I can’t even return because I already washed it before I went to put it on my baby. Super disappointed.
