Terrible and unacceptable

I’m always ordering these types of boxers from Macy’s and I never received them. The package always gets delayed then it gets delayed again and then they never ever come and I can only speak to Macy’s New Ai system it’s ridiculous. I’m a longtime customer, but I’m not gonna be ordering from Macy’s no more. I see why they’re going out of business.

Wrong image

Be careful! The picture is wrong. It shows boxers, not boxer briefs! I thought I was ordering knit boxers. Very disappointed when they came. Next time I’ll read more carefully. 😕

Used boxers, wrong colors, missing pair

I ordered a set of 5 RL Polo knit boxers that included several shades of green. What I received was 4 pairs of blue shades, with one pair completely intaped and not folded, that appears to have been "tried on".
