Perfect Length for Short Girls

I am under 5ft and this is a perfect length because I wanted a maxi skirt that covers my feet. I’m actually a size small in celebrity pink dresses and I can fit the size small in these maxi skirts (currently hip size is 37in, women size small or x-small depend on stretch). But, I purchased in a size medium because I want the skirt to be a little looser, more flowy and whimsical. This skirt has a lining so when I tried it on in small, I felt the small was too fitted for the look I wanted. Plus, it’s mostly rayon so if I ever decide I want a more fitted look (as the model in the picture) then I’ll just put in on the hot washer cycle and high heat in the dryer. I bought this skirt in both colors. I added pictures.
